After being trained by celebrity T’ai Chi instructor Scott Cole, Sgt Nate has learned the appropriate techniques to bring you into a tranquil environment that helps with stress management, and is known to improve overall mental wellness.

This tranquil experience will also include some components of yoga, stretching and core conditioning.
