Ranger Training Workout

The Ranger Training Workout was created and designed by former U. S. Army Sergeant Nate Griffin. He drew from his 17 years of military training and 20 plus years experience as a fitness instructor to provide a variety of approaches to meeting your fitness objectives.

This group fitness class is defined by its constantly changing, high intensity cross-training movements. You will experience various types of calisthenics, plyo-metrics, and running drills. With all classes being held outside RAIN or SHINE, you will get a small taste of what our soldiers in the military go through to prepare for battle in the U.S. Army.

This class is not for whiners, complainers, or show boaters. It’s for those who are looking to up their fitness game. Our focus is not on how hard we can make the class, but rather, on how well you can perform the fitness routine.

This class is guaranteed to give you a lung collapsing, chest tightening, abdominal locking, thigh burning workout.
