MEMBERSHIP POLICY
PERSONAL TRAINING MEMBERSHIP: Personal training services are provided for either per session, 5 pack, or 10 pack purchases. There are no discounts for multiple sessions purchased. When purchasing one session at a time, you must first retain the service with a fee of one training session. This is to cover the penalty for last minute cancelations. Should you cancel within 24 hours, you will need to bring in not only the next session fee but another retainer fee of one training session. Should you purchase by check, your check must clear before you are allowed to train. NO EXCEPTIONS. The 5 pack training sessions expires 30 days from date of purchase. The 10 pack training sessions expire 60 days from date of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. Should you cancel your scheduled session within 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of one session for the time lost. Should your trainer cancel a scheduled session within 24 hours, you will receive a complimentary session. Purchase of the next 10 session pack is due on the day of the 9th session to prevent laps in membership. There are no refunds for unused 10 pack sessions after the second session has been used. Remaining session can be transferred or given to someone else at no cost to Professional Touch Fitness or its staff.
THE 10 AND 20 PACK TRAINING SESSIONS: There is a 60 day expiration period to use the 10 pack training sessions and a 90 day expiration period to use the 20 pack training sessions. No exceptions unless approved by management. There are no refunds after the first 2 sessions have been used from either pack. The remaining sessions can be transferred or given away to someone else at no cost to Professional Touch Fitness or its staff.
THE MONTH TO MONTH MEMBERSHIP: Credit card information is required for purchases of the month to month memberships. Your credit card will be charged the monthly membership fee by the first of each month. When joining after the first of the month, the middle of the month, or near end of the month; your credit card will be charged only the balance remaining for that month and then again on the first of the month to include you with all first of the month billing charges. There is a $35 fee for NSF should there be a charge back when attempting to charge the card. NO EXCEPTIONS.
