With the popularity of the Russian Kettle Bells making another comeback, Professional Touch Fitness offers its members 3 classes per week at 3 different times to help make sure you get your training in.

These cannon ball shaped weights with handles make it possible to perform many of the cardio intensive routines that Russian soldiers and athletes have been using since the 1950’s.

These are just a few of the many routines practiced during this one hour fat torching class:
